1961, Mr. Chicken has been serving southeastern
Michigan for almost 50 years. Mr. Chicken is conveniently
located north of Ford Road on Telegraph in Dearborn

What is Broasted Chicken?
Broasted Chicken is the finest tasting
and the fastest cooking chicken you can get! Broasting
is a process that cooks each individual piece of chicken
"under pressure" in the chicken's own natural
juices, limiting the absorption of cooking oil and driving
the marinade deep down to the bone while searing the
chicken with a golden, crispy-crunchy coating. The process
seals in all that flavorful, natural juice and cooks
through to the bone - all in only 8 minutes!
